We recommend enrolling in Takeda Oncology Here2Assist before enrolling in PAP so a case manager can determine if you’re eligible based on your insurance. However, you can apply directly to the program below. Work with your doctor to fill out the application and submit a valid prescription for your Takeda Oncology medication.

Your Takeda Oncology Here2Assist case manager will review your insurance benefits to see what they’ll cover and find the right path to get you your Takeda Oncology prescription.

Our medications include ALUNBRIG®, FRUZAQLA™, ICLUSIG®, and NINLARO®.

Call 1-844-817-6468, Option 2, to speak to a case manager. We’re available Monday-Friday, 8AM-8PM ET. A case manager will also contact you right after you enroll in Takeda Oncology Here2Assist and check in with you every 8 weeks. 

Specialty pharmacies usually handle the delivery of medications for complicated diseases that need more attention. They may also offer additional services such as helping you stay on schedule with your medicine, following up with your doctor, and providing information about financial assistance.

Our case managers will work with your insurance company to try to avoid delays in starting on your medication. If there is a delay of 5 days or more, you may be eligible to get a month of your prescription at no cost to you through the RapidStart Program. Your doctor may also be able to help you find patient programs to get you started on your medication.

Medicare and Medicaid are both government health insurance programs, but they serve different groups. Medicare is for people aged 65 years and older, some younger people with disabilities, and people with End-Stage Renal Disease. Medicaid is funded by a partnership between states and the federal government and is for people who qualify as low income.

Your Takeda Oncology Here2Assist® case manager will help you with finding available financial assistance, determining insurance coverage, and connecting you to resources throughout your treatment journey.
